Armine Oganesyan: ‘Ruben Vardanyan’s Community Center in Dilijan has implemented 6,300 projects over 10 years’

Aravot published an interview with Armine Oganesyan, chairperson of the Dilijan Community Center. The institution was founded by philanthropists Ruben Vardanyan and Veronika Zonabend in 2014.

“The Dilijan Community Center has been operating for almost 10 years. During this time, the center has proposed 6,300 educational, cultural, sports, and leisure projects, as well as projects aimed at strengthening the community. The projects are intended for all age groups and 18,700 beneficiaries from Dilijan and surrounding areas have taken part in them,” stated the head of the organization.

The center provides educational sessions, refresher courses and trainings. It plays an important role in the region’s cultural life, encourages continuing education and volunteering.
