Aznavour Foundation: “We must do everything to release Ruben Vardanyan as soon as possible”

In his statement, Aznavour Foundation Co-founder and Chairman of the Board Nicolas Aznavour called Ruben Vardanyan “a patriot and philanthropist who has gone to great lengths for the Armenian people.” Aznavour cited the restoration of the Tatev Monastery, the creation of the UWC school in Dilijan and the Aurora humanitarian initiative as examples. “We are not the only ones helped by Ruben, and thanks to him we’ve joined many other representatives of the diaspora settling in Armenia in an effort to build a better future for our country,” Aznavour said.
