Lemkin Institute starts collecting signatures for the release of the leaders of Artsakh

The American Lemkin Institute for Genocide Prevention organized a collection of signatures demanding the immediate release of Ruben Vardanyan and other Armenian captives illegally held by Baku. The organization expresses serious concern about the fate of the ex-Artsakh officials and notes that their detention grossly violates international law.

“By signing on to the demand, you can take steps to restore the rights of Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh held in Baku, as well as other Armenian prisoners of war and held civilians,” the statement says.
