Doctor of the Sciences, sociologist and international affairs expert Alexey Tokarev answers questions about the integration of Artsakh into Azerbaijan, sentiment in Armenia and the future of Ruben Vardanyan, former state minister of Artsakh. According to Tokarev, Vardanyan made his decision to travel to this region to show that he was a good person and a major politician, knowing that he would be quite possibly be detained.
