National Assembly of Artsakh Member Metaxe Hakobyan speaks about the public figure Ruben Vardanyan held by Azerbaijan. According to her, after ar-riving in Artsakh, the philanthropist quickly reassured its residents that he was one of them.

“Many people came to Artsakh to live and create, to save Artsakh in order to prove themselves worthy of this land. Ruben Vardanyan is one of them. With-in a short time, he showed that feelings for the motherland are not those of a shared life in comfort and luxury, but rather a feeling of shared pain and suf-fering. This is the purpose of his life,” Hakobyan said.
