Families of Armenian prisoners of war informed about their confinement conditions and health

Relatives of Artsakh Armenians forcibly detained by Azerbaijan, including Ruben Vardanyan’s family, were given information about their confinement conditions and health status. The information was obtained through the Euro-pean Court of Human Rights, which appealed to Baku at Yerevan’s request.
