Ruben Vardanyan’s son gives interview about his father’s arrest in Azerbaijan

David, the eldest son of philanthropist and public figure Ruben Vardanyan, gave the first major interview after his father’s arrest.

David Vardanyan emphasized that his father has always been a man of his word in any situation — he knew the risks when he made his decision to move to Artsakh.

“He is a man of his word; he said that he would be with the people to the end, that he would be together with them. And he has never sought any special privileges for himself,” David Vardanyan said.
